Robin M. Hittie
Robin M. Hittie was appointed Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission effective December 11, 2006. She has served in various counsel positions with the Commission since 1991. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh (B.A., magna cum laude, 1981) and her law degree from the Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1986). She was admitted to practice in the fall of 1986 and worked in private practice prior to accepting a position with the Commission.
Ms. Hittie is a past president of COGEL (Council on Governmental Ethics Laws), an international organization concerned with governmental ethics, elections, lobbying, campaign finance, judicial conduct and public meetings and records.
