File a Complaint

 
The State Ethics Commission is authorized to investigate sworn complaints and may initiate investigations on its own motion with regards to both Ethics and Lobbying Disclosure matters.  A sworn complaint must include full names and addresses of the complainant and respondent, contain information and documentation related to the conduct of a specific public official/public employee, be signed by the complainant, and be properly notarized.
